BellaRosa

A neighborhood trattoria where pasta is rolled by hand and every plate carries a little of Nonna's kitchen.

La Nostra Storia

Cooked slowly, the way it should be

Bella Rosa began with a single copper pot and a fistful of family recipes carried across the Atlantic. We still simmer our sauces for the better part of a day, still roll the pasta before the first guest arrives, still buy whatever the morning market gives us.

It is not fast. It was never meant to be. Sit, pour the wine, and let the evening take its time.
